All Items are fulfilled and dispatched from MKtrends Co

Estimated shipping times are stated at check-out dependent on your postcode.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Hermes UK (Evri) is our dedicated courier. 

All deliveries contain a tracking link - this will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. 

Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched same day.

When Next-day delivery is selected at checkout, your order must be placed before 11:30am to ensure next-day delivery

Should your delivery result in a failed/mis/damaged delivery, please contact us for a prompt resolution.

 We will notify you of any changes to your estimated delivery date via email, SMS or telephone.

International delivery

 Estimated shipping times and prices are calculated at check-out.

All international deliveries contain a tracking link- this will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Your parcel will be dispatched from UK via Royal Mail.

Once your order reaches its destination country, it will be handed you your local mail provider.

Post fulfillment, MKTrends is not liable for delays due to customs checks or any other outside factor resulting in delayed delivery.
