Please note that all personalised mugs are made to order and customised specifically for you. As such, I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless there is a fault on my part.

If your mug arrives damaged, contains an error in the personalisation that I made, or is not as described, I’ll happily replace it at no extra cost. Just send me a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll make it right.

Because each mug is customised with a name or design chosen by you, returned items cannot be resold and are therefore considered non-refundable.
