Handwritten-style recipient lettering and small outlined hearts sit above your message and sign-off. Add a name or nickname and a message that sounds like you, whether it is a shared memory, an affectionate joke or a simple sign-off. You can also request wording or colour changes.

How to personalise your candle

1. Choose your scent.
2. Open Personalisation Requests on this product page. Enter your wording exactly as you would like it printed in the text box. Include any requests to change the label wording, text colours, dates, occasion or other design elements.
3. Check your details, then add the candle to your basket.

All personalisation and design changes are included in the price. We do not send a proof before printing, so please check spelling, names and dates carefully.

Label space is limited, so concise wording helps keep your design readable. There is no fixed text limit. If your request will not fit, we will contact you by email to agree an adjustment.

Sending it as a gift?

Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and add your gift message at checkout. We will place your message inside the box so it is the first thing they see, and leave out any invoice or receipt. Each candle is vacuum packed before being securely packed for dispatch.

Dispatch and tracked delivery

Order before 2pm UK time, Monday–Saturday, for same-day dispatch. We must also receive all required personalisation details before 2pm, either with your order or through live chat. Orders received after 2pm are dispatched on the next dispatch day. We dispatch Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays. Missing details or requests that need adjustment may delay dispatch.

• Standard UK delivery: Evri 48-hour tracked or Royal Mail Tracked 48, normally arriving around two days after dispatch.
• UK delivery upgrade: DPD next-day delivery is available at checkout. The personalisation and dispatch cutoffs still apply.
• International delivery: Royal Mail International Tracked, estimated at up to 14 working days after dispatch.

All orders are tracked. Delivery times are estimates and are separate from the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order.
